4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We maintain a clear refund schedule for our internship programs:

• Within 24 Hours: Full refund if materials or project dashboard have not been accessed.
• 24 to 48 Hours: 50% refund upon review.
• After 48 Hours: Non-refundable.

5. Certificate Authenticity & Anti-Fraud

Certificates issued by CoreTern carry unique credentials and verification hashes. Any employer or third party can verify credential validity directly at our official Verification Portal.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

All legal contracts, disputes, and policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
